Terms and Conditions

• The cancellation is due to an event of Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances and/or any unusual /or unpredictable circumstances beyond the Tour Organisation control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided by the Tour Organisation even though it has exercised all due care
• The number of guests enrolled for the Cruise is smaller than the 25% of the passenger capacity of the relevant ship. In both cases above, the Tour Organisation will offer the Passenger the choice of:
  • Receiving a full refund of all money paid or
  • Booking another alternative tour Package from the Tour Organisation, if available
    • The Passenger’s decision must be notified to the Tour Organisation in writing or via their Travel Agent within 48 hours of the notice of cancellation or otherwise instructed by the Tour Organisation communication.
    • The Passenger will be informed of the rejection or cancellation made under the present article in writing.

• More than 20 days before departure: Free of charge (excluding bank fee)
• From 5 to 20 days before departure: 100% of the deposit
• Less than 5 days before departure: 100% of the total rate
• No Show: 100% of the total rate

• A minimum 30% Deposit is required to secure spaces for the tour.
• The final payment is required to be paid latest 7 days before your departure date.
• If for any reason, the balance is not received according to the due date, the Tour Organisation reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you.
